Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years culinary leadership experience

  • ability to manage kitchen operations

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years in culinary leadership or supervisory role
  • high computer literacy including proficiency with inventory, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
  • strong understanding of food cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting
  • exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills
  • passion for hospitality and culinary innovation
  • ability to inspire and manage diverse teams

Job Duties

  • Manage daily kitchen operations including opening and closing tasks
  • oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to recipes and presentation standards
  • conduct kitchen equipment maintenance
  • lead food safety training and sanitation inspections
  • enforce compliance with food safety regulations
  • mentor culinary and utility staff and deliver training on menu items and Levy standards
  • conduct pre-shift meetings and manage staffing to meet operational needs
  • partner with leadership on budgetary and financial goals
  • oversee inventory control and waste tracking
  • assist with menu and recipe development
  • support cross-location event planning and execution to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction
