Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in culinary arts or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in kitchen management or similar roles
  • Must have strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen sanitation standards
  • Ability to manage inventory and order supplies efficiently
  • Capacity to work under pressure and maintain quality standards consistently

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning food preparation and presentation
  • Supervise kitchen staff providing guidance and training to ensure adherence to recipes and cooking techniques
  • Manage inventory control including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
  • Maintain high standards of food quality taste and presentation at all times
  • Assist in managing kitchen schedules and staff assignments to optimize workflow
