Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of culinary experience including supervisory role
  • Experience with Asian cuisine
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to manage inventory and ordering processes
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • ServSafe or similar certification preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
  • Willingness to comply with company standards and policies

Job Qualifications

  • 5 years of culinary experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
  • Experience in corporate dining restaurants hotels education military or health care food operations
  • Strong knowledge of culinary trends production sanitation safety food cost controls and presentation
  • Ability to create and distribute production sheets
  • Proven leadership training and coaching abilities
  • Asian culinary experience highly preferred
  • ServSafe or Health Department certification preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office including Excel
  • Associate's degree in Culinary Arts preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in preparing and cooking a wide range of menu items with an emphasis on Asian cuisine
  • Support menu planning and development for the corporate cafe
  • Implement new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams
  • Help manage food and labor cost controls ordering and inventory
  • Maintain compliance with sanitation safety and quality standards
  • Perform additional duties as needed
