Job Requirements
- 5 years of culinary experience including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
- experience in corporate dining restaurants hotels education military or health care food operations
- strong knowledge of culinary trends production sanitation safety food cost controls and presentation
- ability to create and distribute production sheets
- proven leadership training and coaching abilities
- Asian culinary experience highly preferred
- ServSafe or Health Department certification preferred
- proficiency in MS Office including Excel
- associate’s degree in Culinary Arts preferred

Job Duties
- Assist in preparing and cooking a wide range of menu items with an emphasis on Asian cuisine
- support menu planning and development for the corporate café
- implement new culinary programs in partnership with marketing and culinary teams
- help manage food and labor cost controls ordering and inventory
- maintain compliance with sanitation safety and quality standards
- perform additional duties as needed
