  • Three years of management experience
  • Prior steakhouse experience
  • Basic knowledge of profit and loss, labor control, and food cost/recipe costing
  • Prior experience with sushi preferred

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and quality control
  • Monitor and manage labor, inventory, and supplies to ensure cost efficiency and reduce waste
  • Maintain high standards of kitchen sanitation and efficiency
  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellence
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all menu offerings
  • Collaborate with culinary and management teams to develop innovative dishes
  • Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize kitchen productivity
