- Three years of management experience
- Prior steakhouse experience
- Basic knowledge of profit and loss, labor control, and food cost/recipe costing
- Prior experience with sushi preferred

Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and quality control
- Monitor and manage labor, inventory, and supplies to ensure cost efficiency and reduce waste
- Maintain high standards of kitchen sanitation and efficiency
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to achieve excellence
- Ensure consistency and quality across all menu offerings
- Collaborate with culinary and management teams to develop innovative dishes
- Manage scheduling and workflow to optimize kitchen productivity
