Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship program completion
- 2-3 years management experience in high-volume or contract food service industry
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and prioritize
- strong customer service orientation
- flexible to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to work collaboratively in team settings
- proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- high level of attention to detail
- demonstrated leadership abilities
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or graduation from a certified apprenticeship program
- 2-3 years of management experience in high-volume venues or contract food service for sports and entertainment venues

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and developing menu items and recipes for concessions, catering, and premium locations
- assist in maintaining high standards of sanitation and cleanliness
- aid the Executive Chef in maintaining the highest possible Health Department rating
- assist in training, safety, sanitation, and accident prevention controls within the kitchen
- help develop and test recipes and techniques to ensure high quality food preparation and presentation
- ensure consistent food quality in presentation and preparation
- control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control
- help ensure recipes and methods are followed
- ensure maintenance of kitchen equipment
- report and document hazardous conditions or unsafe practices
- contribute to creation of menu specifications including pricing
- work directly with Executive Chef on food production and menu development
- conduct meetings and pre-shifts to update staff on daily goals and objectives
- perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef
