Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen setting
  • valid current Florida state food handlers management certificate
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • strong interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in kitchen supervision or management
  • current state food handlers management certificate
  • knowledge of food safety and health regulations in Florida
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to enforce company policies and procedures
  • experience in managing kitchen operations and staff

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in supervising day-to-day kitchen operations
  • act as Executive Chef in absence of the Executive Chef
  • ensure compliance with Florida state safety and health regulations
  • maintain current state food handlers management certificate
  • uphold company standards and enforce company policies, procedures, and practices
  • maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
