Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a supervisory role in a kitchen setting
- valid current Florida state food handlers management certificate
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in supervising day-to-day kitchen operations
- act as Executive Chef in absence of the Executive Chef
- ensure compliance with Florida state safety and health regulations
- maintain current state food handlers management certificate
- uphold company standards and enforce company policies, procedures, and practices
- maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement
