- current Florida food handlers certification
- ability to work flexible hours

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in supervising all day-to-day kitchen operations
- deliver an exceptional customer experience to maximize sales and revenue
- act as the Executive Chef in his/her absence
- ensure compliance with safety and health regulations of Florida state
- maintain current state food handlers management certificate
- uphold company standards
- enforce company policies, procedures, and practices
