Job Requirements

Education in culinary arts or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years supervisory or culinary leadership experience
Passion for food and hospitality
Strong communication skills
Computer literacy including Google Suite
Ability to work flexible schedule
Commitment to food and workplace safety

Job Qualifications

Degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent substantial professional experience
A minimum of 2 years of kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience within a high-quality food service establishment
Meaningful passion for exceptional food and genuine hospitality
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficient in computer and technical skills including Google Suite
Experience managing in a union environment is a plus
ServSafe certification preferred
