Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years culinary leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong passion for food and hospitality
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer usage including Google Suite
- Availability to work Monday to Friday as scheduled
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications
- Degree in culinary arts preferred or equivalent substantial professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory or culinary leadership experience in similar volume, high-quality food service establishment
- Passion for exceptional food and genuine hospitality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in computer and technical skills, including Google Suite
- Experience managing in a union environment is a plus
- ServSafe Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Lead food and workplace safety rigorously including allergen management
- Execute culinary vision with precision and creativity
- Ensure operational flow by adhering to menu, production, and preparation guidelines
- Prepare and present thoughtfully balanced meals
- Champion exceptional hospitality consistently across service interactions
- Develop team talent through training and coaching
- Support sustainable sourcing in procurement processes
