Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a supervisor/chef in a culinary environment
- Experience managing employees using a collective bargaining agreement preferred
- 5+ years of prior relevant experience in a high volume, with strong food knowledge, hotel/casino environment preferred

Job Duties
- Maintain quality and proper presentation of food
- Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly
- Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting and meetings
- Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
- Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers
