Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
  • 2+ years of prior relevant experience as a supervisor/chef in a culinary environment
  • Experience managing employees using a collective bargaining agreement preferred
  • 5+ years of prior relevant experience in a high volume, with strong food knowledge, hotel/casino environment preferred

Job Duties

  • Maintain quality and proper presentation of food
  • Drive the customer relation management system by ensuring that all such orders are handled correctly
  • Communicate with chefs, management, employees and guest efficiently with proper reporting and meetings
  • Schedule and maintain the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
  • Understand and utilize Stratton Warren system properly for purchasing, release orders and cost transfers
