Job Requirements
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a busy commercial kitchen or luxury hotel
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Proven leadership capability in culinary operations

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations including preparation and production of meals, food quality, presentation, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Create and implement menu selections for special banquet themes and events based on food trends and regional tastes
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Monitor and develop team member performance, provide supervision, conduct counseling, assist with evaluations, training, scheduling and assigning work, and deliver recognition and reward
- Implement policies and procedures related to culinary operation, cost control, and profitability
- Maintain team member productivity and performance standards
- Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage and Executive Chef to enhance culinary offerings and guest satisfaction
