Job Duties
- Prepare and supervise the creation of high-quality airline meals in line with company standards, menus, and production schedules
- Oversee kitchen staff in food preparation, storage, and inventory management
- Conduct, coordinate, and supervise inventories
- Step in for the Executive Chef during absences, including menu presentations and customer interactions
- Monitor material consumption and place daily orders to meet production needs
- Support menu development and participate in customer presentations
- Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with HACCP regulations
