Job Duties

  • Prepare and supervise the creation of high-quality airline meals in line with company standards, menus, and production schedules
  • Oversee kitchen staff in food preparation, storage, and inventory management
  • Conduct, coordinate, and supervise inventories
  • Step in for the Executive Chef during absences, including menu presentations and customer interactions
  • Monitor material consumption and place daily orders to meet production needs
  • Support menu development and participate in customer presentations
  • Maintain strict hygiene, health, and safety standards, ensuring full compliance with HACCP regulations
