Job Requirements

  • Prior management experience in a kitchen setting

Job Duties

  • Manage a team of 15 plus cooks and 2-3 sous chefs
  • Oversee kitchen systems including inventory, prep lists, scheduling, and ordering
  • Bring creative ideas to improve kitchen operations
  • Solve problems with innovative solutions
  • Cook and understand flavors and techniques
  • Mentor kitchen staff and develop talent
  • Take ownership of financial performance and kitchen profitability
  • Maintain maturity, organization, punctuality
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members
