Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen

Job Duties

  • Manage a team of 15+ cooks and 2-3 sous chefs
  • oversee kitchen operations including inventory, scheduling, ordering, and prep lists

  • solve kitchen and operational problems with innovative solutions
  • cook and understand flavors and techniques
  • mentor junior kitchen staff
  • manage financial aspects including cost control and ownership of the bottom line
  • maintain organization and punctuality
  • communicate effectively and collaborate across teams
