Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Several years of professional cooking experience
  • Prior experience in supervisory or management roles in a kitchen
  • Ability to work full-time hours
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Must be mature and reliable
  • Willingness to relocate is a plus

Job Duties

  • Manage a team of 15-plus cooks and 2-3 management-level sous chefs

  • Develop creative culinary ideas and bring innovation to the menu
  • Solve daily operational problems with creative solutions
  • Demonstrate strong cooking skills and understanding of flavors and techniques
  • Mentor and lead kitchen staff to improve performance and teamwork
  • Take ownership of financial outcomes and maintain cost control
