  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to lead and manage kitchen staff

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Executive Chef to run the retail kitchen like a top-tier restaurant
  • create menus and specials that keep customers coming back for more
  • lead a team of cooks and prep staff with energy, efficiency, and creativity
  • balance speed and quality-perfectly plated, even in the lunch rush
  • manage ordering, inventory, and food cost while keeping waste low
