Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Culinary training or equivalent relevant experience
  • Experience working in high-volume retail, restaurant, or food hall environments
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining creativity and consistency
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills
  • Certification or willingness to obtain ServSafe certification

Job Duties

  • Partner with the Executive Chef to run the retail kitchen like a top-tier restaurant
  • Create menus and specials that keep customers coming back for more
  • Lead a team of cooks and prep staff with energy, efficiency, and creativity
  • Balance speed and quality-perfectly plated, even in the lunch rush
  • Manage ordering, inventory, and food cost while keeping waste low
