Job Requirements
- College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management or culinary arts, or equivalent experience
- Three to five years previous experience in a culinary/food and beverage line position
- One to two years in a supervisory or assistant manager position
- Must have legal documentation to work in the United States
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Duties
- Assist in the planning and development of consistent service of food items to be prepared
- Effectively manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, and purchasing decisions
- Ensure that sanitation standards, as well as the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, are in compliance with Four Seasons, local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain control systems to assure quality and portion consistency, monitor food shipments to meet purchasing specifications, and foster awareness of food preparation importance
- Communicate with employees and managers to meet operational needs and attend operational meetings for effective coordination
- Direct the work of kitchen employees to ensure superior food quality and consistency
- Collaborate with the executive chef and management team for menu planning and kitchen efficiency
