- at least 2 years experience as a kitchen leader in a full service restaurant
- ability to handle the fast paced and high volume environment
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
- physical stamina to work in a busy kitchen setting
Job Qualifications
- minimum of 2 years experience as a kitchen leader in a full service restaurant
- strong leadership and communication skills
- ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
- culinary degree preferred but not required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- experience with inventory management and cost control
