Job Requirements

  • at least 2 years experience as a kitchen leader in a full service restaurant
  • ability to handle the fast paced and high volume environment
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • excellent teamwork and interpersonal abilities
  • physical stamina to work in a busy kitchen setting

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years experience as a kitchen leader in a full service restaurant
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast paced, high volume kitchen
  • culinary degree preferred but not required
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • experience with inventory management and cost control

Job Duties

  • oversee daily kitchen operations

  • manage and train kitchen staff
