Job Requirements
- Degree from an accredited culinary institution preferred
- Proven recipe writing and menu development experience
- Minimum 2 years culinary supervisory experience
- Proficiency in traditional, modern, and multi-ethnic cuisines
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Google Suite tools
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and allergen protocols
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
Job Qualifications

- Highly developed skills in traditional, modern, and multi-ethnic cuisines
- Proven experience in recipe writing and menu development
- Previous experience in research and development or concept development is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years culinary supervisory experience in a high-volume or premium food service setting
- Ability to translate abstract requests into practical culinary solutions
- Proficient with Google Suite tools for data management and presentations
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and food cost controls
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
Job Duties
- Execute precision recipe development by leading writing and testing of recipes
- Lead research and development by exploring new recipes and efficient production techniques
- Facilitate culinary tastings by preparing and presenting dishes for evaluation
- Ensure data integrity by collaborating with recipe editors on accurate recipe documentation
- Drive culinary innovation supporting implementation of culinary initiatives
- Provide mentorship and talent development through coaching and teaching team members
- Communicate with partners and senior management to translate requests into programmatic needs
- Ensure operational compliance with sector guidelines and safety standards throughout R&D process
