Job Requirements

  • 21+ years of age
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume fine dining restaurant
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Excellent physical stamina and dexterity
  • Strong attention to detail and food safety standards

Job Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of kitchen management systems such as Stratton Warren and Coupa
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Maintains quality and proper presentation of food and drives customer relationship management by ensuring orders and inventories are handled correctly
  • Expedites all food orders to meet quality standards and presentation
  • Communicates with chefs, management, employees, and guests efficiently with proper reporting and meetings
  • Provides appropriate leadership for subordinates
  • Schedules and maintains budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
  • Utilizes Stratton Warren and Coupa systems for purchasing, releasing orders and handling cost transfers
  • Maintains hygiene above local Health Department requirements and ensures food sanitation, safety, and proper food handling daily
