Job Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in high-volume fine dining restaurant
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent physical stamina and dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and food safety standards

Job Duties
- Maintains quality and proper presentation of food and drives customer relationship management by ensuring orders and inventories are handled correctly
- Expedites all food orders to meet quality standards and presentation
- Communicates with chefs, management, employees, and guests efficiently with proper reporting and meetings
- Provides appropriate leadership for subordinates
- Schedules and maintains budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
- Utilizes Stratton Warren and Coupa systems for purchasing, releasing orders and handling cost transfers
- Maintains hygiene above local Health Department requirements and ensures food sanitation, safety, and proper food handling daily
