  • Has a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Has 1+ years of experience in a high-volume fine dining restaurant

Job Duties

  • Maintains quality and proper presentation of food and drives the customer relationship management system by ensuring that all such orders and inventories are handled correctly
  • Expedites all food orders to set quality standards and presentation
  • Communicates with chefs, management, employees, and guests efficiently with proper reporting and meetings, while providing appropriate leadership for subordinates
  • Schedules and maintains the budgeted labor costs as well as potential food cost
  • Understands and utilizes Stratton Warren and Coupa systems for properly purchasing, releasing orders and handling cost transfers
  • Maintains a hygiene level above that required by the local Health Department and ensures that food sanitation, safety and proper food handling functions are practiced on a daily basis
