Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in directing and overseeing all culinary operations including preparation and production of meals
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Comply with safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, training, and evaluations
- Create and implement menu selections for banquets and special events
- Implement policies and procedures to optimize productivity and profitability
- Control food costs and resource usage
