Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of kitchen leadership experience
- Previous banquet culinary experience
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong team spirit
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Physical ability to perform kitchen duties including standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- Two years of kitchen leadership experience
- Previous banquet culinary experience
- Strong ambition to grow within the culinary space
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Effective communication and leadership skills
- Culinary education or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with menu planning and development
- Experience in training and mentoring kitchen staff
