Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years in a culinary leadership role
- Culinary degree preferred
- Proficiency in computer applications
- Ability to understand and apply financial concepts
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Passion for culinary excellence and hospitality
- Ability to work flexible hours including game days
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks
- Commitment to maintaining high sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- At least two years of culinary leadership experience
- Culinary degree preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Understanding of financial concepts
- Strong passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Job Duties
- Proactively coaching and motivating team members to deliver their best
- Identifying opportunities and driving improvement in location operations
- Monitoring quality and sanitation standards
- Delivering against financial goals and budgets
- Setting the standard for culinary excellence
- Overseeing equipment maintenance routines
- Communicating and monitoring par levels
- Supporting menu build diagrams and monitoring output
- Ensuring adherence to kitchen management procedures including opening and closing checklists, cleaning schedules, temperature checks, waste sheets, and pest control
- Creating menu specifications as needed
- Setting standards for chef table setups
- Creating prep sheets and line layout diagrams for consistent and efficient production
- Performing daily line checks to verify quality and flavor
- Leading game day culinary operations
- Managing end-of-month inventory with the purchasing team
- Monitoring and managing food waste to control costs
- Delivering training and coaching on menu and culinary skills
- Managing employee breaks for team well-being
- Conducting pre-shift meetings
- Performing corrective action when needed
- Completing onboarding and orientation
- Ensuring high standard food ordering, prep, transportation and service
- Supporting other Levy locations
- Updating and maintaining recipes
- Managing culinary department budget
- Performing other duties as assigned
