Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar sous chef or lead line cook role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of seafood butchering and pasta making preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure

Job Duties

  • Lead the kitchen during prep and service ensuring quality and consistency
  • Support day-to-day operations including ordering inventory scheduling and staff supervision
  • Train and mentor line cooks and prep team members
  • Help develop daily specials and seasonal menu items
  • Maintain strong communication between front of house and back of house
  • Ensure food safety cleanliness and organization are always top priority
