Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years in professional kitchens with 1 year in a Sous Chef or similar leadership role
- Serv Safe Food and Alcohol Certification required
- Prior work experience in a restaurant or hospitality position required
- High school diploma required
- Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems
- Excellent guest service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook including email management and calendar scheduling
Job Qualifications

- Culinary degree or certificate preferred
- High school diploma required

- Ability to understand guest needs and expedite requests

Job Duties
- Manage and direct the work of HOH team members including hiring, scheduling, assigning, and directing work
- Train, coach, counsel, and discipline HOH team members
- Conduct regular meetings and ensure proper education
- Conduct performance reviews and resolve team member complaints
- Decide upon termination and discipline of team members reporting to the Executive Chef
- Responsible for inventory, variances, and ordering within the HOH Department
- Manage and direct work of all HOH departments in the absence of Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
