Job Requirements

  • Required 1-2 years of management experience
  • High volume fine dining steak house experience highly preferred
  • Knowledge of cooking utensils and equipment
  • Ability to train associates on menu items
  • Understanding of sanitation and hygiene standards
  • Capability to handle cost controls and menu planning
  • Willingness to work in interior hotel kitchen areas with exposure to humidity, steam, and extreme temperatures

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of management experience
  • Experience in high volume fine dining steak house preferred
  • Knowledge of cooking utensils and kitchen equipment
  • Ability to train and lead associates
  • Familiarity with sanitation and cleanliness standards
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Check staffing, uniforms, daily production sheets, check production for next day prep, check quality of sauces and product
  • Train associates on menu items and consistently during peak business
  • Ensure premeal held daily
  • Maintain cleanliness and daily specials
  • Ensure consistent plate presentation at all times
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef on cost controls and menu planning
  • Coordinate butcher shop, garde manger, and banquet food delivery
