Job Requirements

  • minimum 5 years of experience in food prep, handling, and cooking
  • prior experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments preferred
  • previous supervisory experience
  • culinary education preferred
  • strong communication skills in English
  • ability to resolve conflicts calmly
  • strong organizational and time management skills

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 5 years of experience in food preparation, handling, and cooking
  • prior experience in fine dining, four and five star/diamond hotels and resorts preferred
  • current or previous supervisor experience
  • culinary education or schooling highly preferred

Job Duties

  • supervise kitchen staff
  • assist in preparing, cooking, and serving premium food items
  • ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
  • maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety compliance
  • manage inventory and ordering of kitchen supplies
  • train and mentor kitchen personnel
  • support menu planning and development
