Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering successful kitchen management
  • lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and weekly specials
  • train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
  • ensure the kitchen meets cleanliness standards and passes the white glove test
  • maintain high quality food preparation and presentation
  • uphold safety and sanitation standards
  • manage inventory and kitchen supplies efficiently
