Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering successful kitchen management
- lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and weekly specials
- train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance
- ensure the kitchen meets cleanliness standards and passes the white glove test
- maintain high quality food preparation and presentation
- uphold safety and sanitation standards
- manage inventory and kitchen supplies efficiently
