  • passion and knowledge of quality food and customer service
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

  • valid food handler's card as required by local regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes as well as preparing weekly specials
  • train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures
  • ensure the kitchen maintains high standards of cleanliness and is always ready for inspections
  • manage kitchen operations to maintain quality and service excellence
  • collaborate with management and other departments to enhance dining experiences
  • maintain inventory and control food costs
