Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in upscale restaurant management
  • Passion for high-quality food and customer service
  • Strong communication and basic accounting skills

  • Possession of a valid food handler’s card as required locally

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking traditional recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • Ensure the kitchen maintains cleanliness and organization, always ready to pass hygiene inspections
  • Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as necessary
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure customer satisfaction
