- Minimum of 2 years experience in full service upscale restaurant management
- Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
- Solid written and verbal communications skills

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all kitchen operations
- Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking of standard and weekly special recipes
- Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements and business goals
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness to pass quality and white glove tests
- Monitor kitchen efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures
- Ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
- Collaborate with management to align kitchen operations with overall company objectives
