  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering all kitchen operations
  • Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking of standard and weekly special recipes
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements and business goals
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness to pass quality and white glove tests
  • Monitor kitchen efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures
  • Ensure exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Collaborate with management to align kitchen operations with overall company objectives
