Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in full service upscale restaurant management
  • Knowledge of quality food and customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting ability
  • Experience in fast paced environments
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Valid food handler's card where required

  • Possession of a valid food handler's card where required

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive manager in training program
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking established recipes and weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop the kitchen staff
  • Focus on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness to pass the white glove test
