- 2+ years experience in full service upscale restaurant management
- Knowledge of quality food and customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic accounting ability

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive manager in training program
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking established recipes and weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop the kitchen staff
- Focus on business goals including process improvements, growth, efficiency and profitability
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness to pass the white glove test
