  • Minimum 2 years experience in full-service upscale restaurant management
  • Valid food handler's card where required by local and state regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking the restaurant's established recipes while preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop the kitchen staff focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • Ensure the kitchen is impeccably clean and able to pass rigorous cleanliness standards
  • Maintain quality food preparation and exceptional customer service standards
  • Manage kitchen inventory and ordering supplies
  • Monitor kitchen operations to ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met
