Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
  • Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking established recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and food safety standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness to pass the white glove test
  • Manage inventory and cost control to meet business goals
  • Collaborate with management to align kitchen operations with restaurant objectives
