Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations
  • Lead the kitchen team in preparing standardized and weekly special recipes from scratch
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff focusing on business goals such as process improvements and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and health standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and readiness to meet inspection standards
