Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Job Duties

  • Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department
  • support and administer operational goals and monitor achievement of performance and profit objectives
  • adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager regarding concerns with guest satisfaction
  • produce menu items as listed in each restaurant following prep lists
  • ensure kitchens are stocked and ready for service
  • support compliance to departmental budgets
  • enthusiastically promote and demonstrate superior customer service according to company standards
  • ensure customer service standards are followed and address issues
  • assist with maintaining cost control methods by monitoring inventory and pars
  • assist Chef de Cuisine with administrative duties such as tracking attendance records
  • maintain established quality assurance procedures to meet health department and customer service standards
  • ensure regulatory compliance and report potential issues
  • maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
