Job Requirements

  • Previous kitchen or food service experience

Job Duties

  • Provide daily guidance and supervision to kitchen staff
  • Support and administer operational goals
  • Monitor achievements of performance and profit objectives
  • Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with management
  • Produce menu items according to standards
  • Support compliance with departmental budgets
  • Promote and ensure superior customer service
  • Maintain cost control by monitoring inventory
  • Assist with administrative duties including attendance tracking
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain confidentiality in all company matters
