Job Requirements

- Four plus years of culinary, kitchen, or restaurant experience
- Ability to follow recipes and production sheets accurately
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Adaptability to varying kitchen environments

Job Duties
- Prepares food items for cold case, salad bar, and hot bar following production sheets and recipes
- Ensures food quality, consistency, and freshness through proper labeling, dating, and rotation
- Monitors food levels, replenishes supplies, and manages kitchen inventory
- Supervises and trains assistant chefs, cooks, and other kitchen staff
- Assists with customer service by answering questions and providing excellent service
- Maintains a clean and sanitary kitchen environment adhering to health and safety standards
- Maximizes sales by proper stocking, merchandising, and rotation of food products
