Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Have a minimum of two years of leadership experience in a culinary setting
- Preferably have experience baking bread at high volumes
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills to interact with management and team
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

- Preferably experience in baking bread at high volumes
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Job Duties
- Ensure requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area
- Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service
- Label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation
- Maintain production knowledge and attention to detail with decoration and taste quality
- Assist Pastry Chef, other Assistant Pastry Chefs, bakers, and helpers as needed in execution of production
- Conduct training for bakers and helpers on job responsibilities
- Communicate with management and service staff in order to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests and employees
- Assist Executive Chef and Pastry Chef by controlling food and labor cost, and establish goals and objectives that focus on profit, product and people
- Assist Executive Chef and Pastry Chef by controlling of purchasing, receiving, purveyor lists and inventory of all kitchen items
