Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years culinary experience preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- Availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Ability to comply with health and safety standards
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated customer focus
Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in a supervisory culinary role
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Creativity in menu development
Job Duties
- Assist in direction and oversight of all culinary operations including meal preparation and production
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Comply with all safety and sanitation standards and regulations
- Monitor and enhance team member productivity and performance
- Implement policies and procedures related to kitchen operations
- Assist with menu creation for special banquets and events
- Provide supervision, training, scheduling, and evaluation of culinary staff
