Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • culinary arts degree or certification preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in a professional kitchen
  • strong leadership skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties

  • prep fresh ingredients for service
  • oversee kitchen operations to ensure food quality and presentation
  • collaborate with executive chef on menu development
  • mentor and train junior kitchen staff
  • manage kitchen inventory and ordering
  • enforce food safety and cleanliness standards
  • maintain a flexible schedule to cover peak service hours
