Job Duties

  • daily FAB management
  • maintains a stocked kitchen and will assist with ordering as needed
  • prepare our food items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
  • assist in training and developing back of house team members
  • ensure the consistency and quality of all food items leaving the kitchen
  • conduct regular taste tests to uphold flavor profiles and presentation standards
  • ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations including proper food handling temperatures and storage
  • maintains active communication with the Front of House team to ensure prepped food is in inventory and adjusts as needed
