Job Duties
- daily FAB management
- maintains a stocked kitchen and will assist with ordering as needed
- prepare our food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- assist in training and developing back of house team members
- ensure the consistency and quality of all food items leaving the kitchen
- conduct regular taste tests to uphold flavor profiles and presentation standards
- ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations including proper food handling temperatures and storage
- maintains active communication with the Front of House team to ensure prepped food is in inventory and adjusts as needed
