Job Duties
- Leading and supervising kitchen staff during prep and service
- contributing ideas for menu updates, seasonal features, and daily specials

- upholding all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- ensuring efficient ticket times and workflow during peak hours
- helping manage food costs, inventory control, and supply orders
- maintaining a clean, organized, and professional kitchen environment
