Job Requirements
- culinary degree or equivalent apprenticeship
- minimum 2 years of relevant kitchen experience
- ability to work 45 hours per week in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and organizational skills
- flexibility to work in multiple culinary concepts
Job Qualifications
- culinary degree or completion of ACF apprenticeship
- experience in a busy kitchen environment
- familiarity with multiple restaurant concepts
- pastry experience considered a plus
- leadership and team management skills
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Job Duties
- manage kitchen operations across multiple restaurants
- collaborate with executive chefs on menu development and quality control
- supervise and train kitchen staff
