Job Description

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Leadership experience required
  • Knowledge of safe food handling and storage
  • Ability to perform physical tasks repetitively during shifts including standing, walking, handling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

  • Leadership experience in food service preferred
  • Understanding of safe food handling and storage
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and working in varying temperatures
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all guests
  • Respond to guest complaints or inquiries
  • Solicit guest feedback and create plans to meet guest expectations
  • Ensure 24/7 execution of food service programs including ordering and production planning
  • Meet or exceed food service and beverage performance and profitability goals
  • Execute food service efficiencies and ensure planograms are followed
  • Oversee inventory, ordering, and maintenance of food service equipment
  • Analyze food service results and prepare action plans to improve profitability
  • Be an expert on food service marketing programs and educate associates
  • Assist Kitchen Manager/Chef with recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and associate engagement
  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and store operation policies
