Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Leadership experience required
- Knowledge of safe food handling and storage
- Ability to perform physical tasks repetitively during shifts including standing, walking, handling, reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in fluctuating temperatures
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all guests
- Respond to guest complaints or inquiries
- Solicit guest feedback and create plans to meet guest expectations
- Ensure 24/7 execution of food service programs including ordering and production planning
- Meet or exceed food service and beverage performance and profitability goals
- Execute food service efficiencies and ensure planograms are followed
- Oversee inventory, ordering, and maintenance of food service equipment
- Analyze food service results and prepare action plans to improve profitability
- Be an expert on food service marketing programs and educate associates
- Assist Kitchen Manager/Chef with recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and associate engagement
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, quality, and store operation policies
