Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- leadership experience required
- availability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays
- experience in staff selection and training
- skills in customer service and communication
- ability to handle multiple projects and work independently
- physical ability to perform repetitive activities including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
- excellent relationship building and organizational skills
- ability to use store technology
- knowledge of store finances
- proven decision-making ability
Job Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- leadership experience required with food service leadership preferred
- availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
- experience in selecting, training, performance management of staff, sales building, scheduling, and managing expenses
- demonstrated skills in customer service, relationship building, effective communication, and training
Job Duties
- Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers
- respond to customer complaints or inquiries
- solicit customer feedback and create plans to meet customer expectations
- ensure 24/7 execution of all food service programs including ordering, production planning, and product handling
- meet or exceed food service and beverage performance and profitability goals
- execute food service efficiencies and ensure planograms are followed
- oversee inventory, ordering, and maintenance of food service equipment and facilities
- analyze food service results and trends and prepare action plans
- be an expert on all food service marketing programs and educate associates
- execute training, coaching, and performance management of food service associates
- assist with recruitment, hiring, and associate engagement
- ensure safety, security, quality, and operational policies are followed
