- minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory kitchen role
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- knowledge of food safety regulations
- commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality

Job Duties
- perform all tasks in the Alan Wong's Restaurant at the Kahala Hotel & Resort
- relieve the Chef de Cuisine as needed
- supervise and train all employees in the Alan Wong's Restaurant
- assist the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and Chef de Cuisine in planning and organizing food preparation
- ensure maintenance of food quality, freshness, and cleanliness standards
- support smooth kitchen operations
- uphold the hotel’s hospitality standards
